2 oz Apple Cider
.5 oz Honey Syrup (Ratio 1:1 Water/Honey)
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Pinch of cinnamon

Directions

Add all ingredients in shaker, double strain in coupe glass.
Garnish with a Lemon Twist
