Your Company. Your Blend.
A custom bourbon blend, chosen by you or your team and made memorable for the people who matter to your business.
The Custom Blend Program lets your organization create a bourbon blend that’s truly your own. Guided by Master Distiller Jeff Arnett, your team compares blend options and selects your signature blend for client gifts, executive experiences, team incentives, and the relationships that drive your business.
Why It Works
Two Ways to Participate
1) Visit us on site. Come to one of our three Tennessee distillery locations for a custom blend experience with Jeff Arnett, who guides your team through the selection in person.
2) Go virtual. We ship the blend options to you and jump on a virtual call, where Jeff walks your team through the tasting and helps you select your signature blend. No travel required.

Frequently Asked Questions
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
What makes a custom blend special?
You are not picking a bottle off a shelf. You are sitting down with Jeff Arnett, tasting through options he built, and choosing the one that becomes yours. Your name goes on it. Nobody else has it. That is a different kind of gift than anything you can buy.
Who is this for?
Companies gifting clients or employees, leadership teams marking a milestone, and private groups who want something worth sharing. If you have people you want to give something memorable to, it works.
What exactly are we choosing between?
Jeff Arnett designs a set of specialty blends of our Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished with Maple Wood specifically for this program. He walks you through each one, what went into it and why. You taste them side by side and pick the one your group responds to.
Can we choose a higher proof?
Yes. Jeff will walk you through the options during your session, including cask strength.
Is the blend ours alone?
Yes. The blend you select is bottled for your order and labeled with your branding.
THE EXPERIENCE
Where does the tasting happen?
Any of our three Tennessee distilleries: Townsend, Thompson’s Station, or Lynchburg.
How long does the tasting take?
Anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. If you want to move efficiently, Jeff can get you through the selection in half an hour. If your group wants to dig into how the blends are built and why, he is happy to stay in it. Tell us which you would prefer when you schedule.
How many people can join?
It can be just you, or bring a small group. Let us know your headcount when you schedule so we can set the room properly.
What if we cannot travel to Tennessee?
We can run the tasting virtually. We send the blend options to you and Jeff walks you and/or your team through the selection on a call.
How far out should we schedule?
Jeff runs every session personally, so his calendar sets the pace. Reach out as early as you can, especially if you are working toward a holiday deadline.
BOTTLES & BRANDING
Can we put our own label on the bottle?
Not entirely, and here is why. Our label is federally approved by the TTB and has to stay on the bottle. What we can do is add your branding alongside it, with a custom decal on the front, etching on the back, or both. Most customers find the combination looks better than a full custom label would.
What is the difference between a decal and etching?
A decal is a printed sticker applied to the front of the bottle, positioned between our logo and the product label. Etching is applied directly to the glass on the back for a more permanent, tactile finish. You can do one or both.
What artwork do you need from us?
Send us the highest resolution files you have, ideally vector. If you do not have a usable file, our graphic designer can recreate your artwork.
Can we add custom text?
Yes. Names, dates, a company milestone, an inside joke your group will understand. Tell us what you want it to say.
Do we see the bottle before it goes into production?
Always. We mock up a single bottle and send you a proof. Nothing gets produced until you approve it.
ORDERING, TIMING & PICKUP
What is the minimum order?
10 cases, which is 60 bottles. Six bottles per case.
What does it cost?
Pricing starts at $50 per bottle and comes down with volume if you order more than 25 cases.
How does payment work?
Once your blend is selected and your bottle design is approved, our team sends an invoice. Production begins after that.
How long until we have our bottles?
Most orders are ready in about two to three weeks once your blend is selected and your artwork is approved. Orders with heavier personalization, particularly a decal and etching together, run closer to four. Give us your target date at the start and we will build the schedule around it.
How do we get the bottles?
Pickup at the Tennessee location that works best for you: Townsend, Thompson’s Station, or Lynchburg. We don’t ship finished bottles.
Can we do this again next year?
Yes, and many groups do. Once you have built a blend you like, we can talk about developing an annual custom blend program for you.
