Reserve a bottle of our newest offerings before it’s too late. The 2025 version of our “Tennessee Four Grain” Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged seven years and limited to 300 bottles. Available as a gift set, it’s small batch, cask strength, and sure to sell out like last year! Also available in the gift set—or individually—is a new, single barrel, Straight Tennessee Whiskey Finished with Pecan Wood that brings a nutty sweetness to our flagship Straight Tennessee Whiskey. This inaugural release is specially bottled at cask strength. You may reserve and pay for your bottles now, then pick them up on or after October 30, 2025 at our Townsend, TN distillery.

Are quantities limited?
Yes. There will only be 300 bottles of the Seven Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey made available in 2025.
Can I still pick up my order if I am not attending the Grains & Grits festival?
Yes. Your order will be available for pick-up on or after October 30, 2025 at our Townsend distillery.
Can someone pick up my order for me?
We allow up to one other person to be named as an authorized pick-up individual. They will need to bring their ID—no exceptions. Please type their full name in the designated space on the order form.
Can you ship the product(s) to me?
We cannot ship any product. All orders must be picked up at the designated distillery location.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Is there a limit to how many bottles I can pre-purchase?
You can order up to two gift sets and up to ten extra bottles of the pecan wood whiskey.
Can I pick up my order at another Company Distilling location?
Bottles can only be picked up in Townsend, TN.
