Ingredients (Cocktail) Yield: 1 cocktail 2 oz Company Distilling Bourbon .5 oz Mint Simple Syrup Directions (Cocktail) In a shaker, add all ingredients with ice. Shake / strain into rocks glass. The logging trains that once traveled along Ace Gap track, near Townsend, TN, were owned by Little River Lumber Company and carried equipment, loggers, and logs through Cades Cove. The top of the gap was used as an escape for workers who played cards and drank whiskey / moonshine from the makeshift still that resided there.
