We’re excited to announce the pre-sale of our limited-edition holiday whiskey bottles, with the option to etch a personalized message on the front of the bottle for a truly unique gift. The etched glass bottles are the perfect present for the whiskey fans in your life. Please note that these bottles must be picked up in person at one of our distillery locations.

How it Works

Step 1) Select from one of the two options below: purchase commemorative holiday bottles or purchase personalized holiday commemorative bottles.

Step 2) Complete your order online using one of the two order portals, then select the pick-up location at one of our two distilleries.

Step 3) Drop by during regular business hours on the designated pick-up dates to claim your purchase. Be sure to bring your ID!

Please note:
You must pick up your order at one of our two distilleries. Bottles are not available for shipping.
Due to customization, all sales are final and not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Order Deadlines

If picking up in Thompson’s Station, the cut-off date for all orders (personalized and non-personalized holiday bottles) is December 11, 2023.

If picking up in Townsend, the cut-off date to order personalized holiday bottles is December 11, 2023, and the cut-off date to order commemorative holiday bottles without personalization is December 15, 2023.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the holiday greeting on the back of the bottle say?
There is a star and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” in the shape of a tree.

Can the large holiday greeting on the back be edited?
No, the holiday greeting on the back of the bottle cannot be edited.

Can I upload a custom logo to be etched?
At this time, you can only add a custom alphanumeric greeting on the front of the label.

Is space limited for my personalized message?
Your message is limited to two lines of text with no more than 20 characters per line, including spaces.

Is there a limit on how many bottles I can pre-order?
You are limited to 30 of each product per order for regular commemorative holiday bottle orders. For personalized bottles, you can order one of each product per order.

Can you ship the commemorative and personalized bottles?
We cannot ship any product. All orders must be picked up at one of our distillery locations.

Can someone pick up my order for me?
We allow up to one other person to be named as an authorized pick-up individual. They will need to bring their ID—no exceptions. Please type their full name in the designated space on the order form.

Can I change my pick-up location?
Once an order is placed, the pick-up location cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?
Items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Can I receive a refund or exchange my commemorative or personalized bottles?
No, due to the customization, all sales are final and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

What if I miss my pick-up date?
Your order will be held at the original pick-up location and can be retrieved after December 25, 2023, during regular business hours.
